During the migration, customers were given a PVE hostname in order to access the Proxmox control panel (pve1.nyc.vmdkhosting.com, pve2.nyc.vmdkhosting.com, etc). Now that the migration has completed, access will now only be available via: https://pve.nyc.vmdkhosting.com
As with vCenter, access to https://pve.nyc.vmdkhosting.com is restricted by a firewall. You will need to login to https://billing.vmdkhosting.com and logout to have your IP address granted access to https://pve.nyc.vmdkhosting.com. Access is granted within 5 minutes of logging into and logging out of billing.
If you have a static IP, please submit a ticket with your IP address and your static IP will be permanently added to the firewall.
All existing access to the individual PVE hosts (pve1.nyc.vmdkhosting.com, pve2.nyc.vmdkhosting.com, etc) will cease in the near future. You must now use https://pve.nyc.vmdkhosting.com.
